Argentum offers internships in our investment team for talented students, with a passion for private equity, who have successfully completed their bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. As an intern you get the opportunity to gain relevant work experience at one of the leading investment firms in Europe within Private Equity.Argentum offers summer internships (8 weeks duration). An internship at Argentum provides a unique opportunity for you to gain knowledge of the private equity industry, actively participate in investment processes and investment committees, and gain valuable insights into Argentum’s investment strategies. Throughout the internship, you will work closely with our experienced and dedicated investment professionals, who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
You will be based at our modern headquarters in the city center of Bergen. The working languages at our investment team is Norwegian and English.

Yes!
We offer a graduate program that includes internal training and participation in international courses. Right from the start, you will face real challenges that will familiarize you with Argentum’s investment strategy and provide you with invaluable expertise in private equity. Throughout the Graduate program, you will work closely with our experienced and dedicated investment professionals, who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship. You will participate in investment processes including leverage buyout modelling, participating in calls with general partners and investment committees. The role will involve company and industry analysis, valuation, drafting and preparation of investment presentations, as well as engagement in investment sourcing and decision-making.
Our graduate program is open to candidates who have completed or are soon completing a master’s degree in relevant fields of study, as well as those with up to two years of work experience.
